Birth Marks | Synopsis

Birth Marks is about a young girl’s search for identity and belonging after being illegally sold to an abusive family by an infamous baby broker who orchestrated 5,000 adoptions from the 70s to the early 90s. Written from a child’s perspective, the story illuminates a young person’s innate ability to love the unlovable, forgive the unforgivable, and question the meaning of family.
